it depends. is it an original copy of XP you have? try downloading sp1 then installing it. if it wont work, just change your cdkey.

Not for long...even if its a legal PID your public posting of it means hundreds if not thousands of peeps will spread it around and lead to it being banned my M$. NEVER, post your keys in a public arena...unless you want to get it banned by M$.
