Is there a way to bypass the (this is a backup copy) screen?

I notice that on the back up dvd there's a opening screen stating something like "This is a backup copy" is there a way to get rid of this screen while burning?

Sounds like you have been using DVDxCopy. Best way around the warning is not to use DVDxCopy.

Could also try running something like 321gone before burning though.

no there is NO way around it unless you update if your using DVDXCopy Platinum 4.0.3.8 then you would update to platinumRF 4.0.4.15 then there is no 321 opening screen.

But if you do this there is no ripper included.

RF= Ripper Free

If you are using dvdxcopy to backup your dvds then there is a way to remove the notice. You need to know how to use ifoedit to do it though.

re rip the disc using dvd shrink i.e re authour it.... then reburn it with clone dvd or any other software... sorted

321 Ad Gone

Try using this, not try it my self

321 Gone!! v0.62

A little handy utility for removing that oh so bloody annoying DVD BACKUP screen that DVD XCopy XPress puts on you backed up DVDs.

How it works:
1: Rip the DVD with XCopy Xpress. When you are prompted to insert a blank disk proceed to step 2.

2: Run the 321 Gone.exe and click the Remove 321 Intro button.

If you see an Open File Box appear simply direct it to the folder that Xpress has ripped the DVD to and select the VIDEO_TS.IFO file.

You will see 1 of 2 messages pop up. These being:-
Intro Removed (Movie Only Mode) 321 Gone will now exit.
Or
Intro Removed (Entire Disc Mode) 321 Gone will now exit.
This means 321 Gone has done it's work and exited.

3: Now insert your blank disk and burn. Viola!! No back up screen!!.

Known limitations:
This was written for XCopy XPress, not the straight XCopy. It will not work with XCopy. Don't Use it!!
No support for multi language DVDs in entire disk mode as of yet (Work in progress).
