Is Nero's "MP3 disc" the same as "data disc"

Slow Burning MP3 To Audio
& it has more upgrades than Sinatra Comebacks (well call it an upgrade but they are Bug Fixes)
BUT if U like it stick with it but just try some others U will like many before U find something better I certainly Did
But I do have Nero on I like it for burning VCD (NB burning not encoding)

I have found some differences
Nero Express: Burning MP3 Disc vs. Data Disc
Data Disc Pro's:
--Ability to go back and add another session later (Multsession)
--Ability to adjust burn speed
Con's:
--Corrupt MP3s will not be filtered out
--Must pre-convert audio files to MP3s before adding them

MP3 Disc Pro's:
--Non-MP3 files will be converted to MP3s for burning
--Corrupt MP3s ARE filtered out.
Con's:
--Cannot add new sessions (can somebody verify this?)

If I have left something out or misinterpreted something please correct me.

It takes ages to set the burn up checking the MP3's
My MP3's are fine so other proggys which DONT check & get on with the actual burn are quicker overall
but as I said above if U like it use it at the end of the day its personal choice but I'm afraid mine is not Nero there are better all round proggys Alcohol / Recordnowmax / Discjuggler to name but three & dont forget Burnatonce

Absolutely. I didn't mean to imply that I was creating an Audio Disc from MP3s. I was saying that when making an MP3 Disc (not audio format, just a disc with MP3s for hardware that supports MP3 playback) the write speed is capped at 4x, even though my drive supports 48x. I do not know if this is by design, or if perhaps it is a bug. But that is the case with my MP3 burns using my TDK 48x VeloCD. The drop-down box for choosing the speed is greyed out at 4x, without the option of changing it.TYT said:
EDIT: The 4x cap is a mistake I have made, and I'm glad that it is. This was something peculiar to my system that I am trying to sort out now.

I agree with that. My burning is limited to data, image, and audio. Burnatonce handles 2 of those 3 jobs with ease. Nero does the data for now. Oh, just remembered, I will also be making MP3 cds since I finally got an MP3 player. Nero or Burnatonce should both be able to handle that task as well.The-poacher said:
