Invalid Frame

Hello all
I hope someone can point me in the right direction. Heres what I 've done.I downloaded a movie and then encoded it with roxie videopac and then I go to nero to burn it and it says invalid frame but I have audio.I'm I going about this all wrong or what?Any help would be appriciated.

More Info please what kind of movie etc but I dont like the "Roxio videopack" idea.

I encoded to vcd and I'll try what chickenman says,I'll let ya know.
