DVD COPY PLATINUM 2 does not work properly in movie only selection (movies that are over 7.4 excluding all extras.) It writes to the hard drive, then writes data to the target device, and completes the process by stating “copy operation completed”, ejects the DVD. The DVD will not play on the DVD burner or the DVD player, or the stand alone DVD player.
When selecting entire disc, I have no problem, after the “copy operation completed” the DVD plays on my PC and stand alone player.
I deleted and re-installed it twice. Same problem.
With the same movie, using DVD COPY GOLD (version 1.2B001), selecting just the movie, it completed the process and played on all the DVD players.
My PC was not altered (no hardware or programs was installed) between the two revisions.
My PC is a 2.6 gs. With 526meg of ram & its running under Microsoft Windows XP Pro.
Does anyone have the same problem?
