Internet Explorer interface problem

Hope I posted this one in the right place. If not, sorry.

I have extra toolbars on my IE. One is FlashGet. The other is a NetSearch bar. I want to rid both of them. For FlashGet I could remove the program I suppose but for the NetSearch I have nothing to uninstall to make it go away.

Can't right click on the tookbars and uncheck them because they ALWAYS reappear whenever I open IE.

I realize this is a WindowsXP question and I may have to look elsewhere for help. But since this forum kicks a$$ I thought of trying here first.

I was able to get the NetSearch bar off by using AdAware!!!
Now I see how invaluable this program can be. I didn't anticipate it fixing this problem but it did. Damn Ads!

I never even knew how it got there in the first place! I couldn't find an uninstall for it. It was pure luck that I just happened to be trying out AdAware. Low and behold, the NetSearch bar is now gone. Keep this in mind if any of you ever get some weird tool bar on your browser.
