Internet Explorer 6 SP2 - Admin Approved ActiveX Controls

Did anyone get it to work?
Currently using IE6 SP2 (Clean Install), and it seems that IE6 is blocking all ActiveX controls even though I created the GUID and set the DWORD to 0.

If it was working then Microsoft might have released it already.

Maybe it's a bug in SP2.
However, isn't this feature also in < SP1?

Have you tried from internet options -> security -> internet -> custom level -> ......?

Yup, that's what I did...
Then I added the GUIDs to the registry and put a DWORD of 0. But ActiveX controls matching that GUID is still blocked. I have also used gpedit.msc to enable admin approved controls, still no luck.
BTW, the website that I am visiting does not contain the OBJECT tag, instead only a EMBED tag.
