interlaced svcd using DVD2SVCD

Hi
I have converted Final destination2 to svcd using dvd2svcd and i have followed chickenmans tutorial, i have done this 3 times in the last 3 days but each time the final output(svcd) is interlaced, finally i activated force film in dvd2avi setting but still the same result. is there some setting which chickenman might have forgot to include in his tutorials for movies which are interlaced ( i have found the movie is interlaced by using dvd2avi standalone program)

Sorry for the late reply, somehow I missed this one.

There are 2 ways to attack the problem. One is to Select in the Coversion tab the option of Telecine(PAL) in Deinperlacing box. Then set in Advanced in the Encoder Tab, and make sure Progressive Frames is ticked.

The best solution I find is to leave them interlaced. In the Encoder / Advanced tab, unselect all the MPEG2 Video Setting options.
