did you remove any content completly with IC ?
IC is known for causing problems when you remove content, especially with some more fussy standalone players. So you should always 1st check the image generated by ic in a software player, if it wont work there it defenatly wont work in your standalone. You should consider using other software to completly remove content, in IC usual its best to only set quality to minimum. But be aware that even if a disc runs in the software player, it still might cause problems on your standalone! Software players are usually much more forgiving then standalones when it comes to structure flaws.
Its always a good idea to invest into a DVD+/-RW so you can test out what your standalone can handle and what it doesnt. Once you know customizing a disc is easier.
Hope this gives a hint into the right direction, and helps you solving your issues.
If not, please provide some additional info on what you did in IC, which player you own , does this only happen with one disc, or with each disc, etc. so we can try to narrow the problem down.
