Instant Copy 7.0.1 error - Multicopy.exe error

I've been used IC 7 with the last update, in Win 2000 with no problems, for a long time, with IC Settings. A few days ago, I´ve upgraded the OS to Win XP Pro SP1. Since them, every time I try to encode a movie with IC, it freezes few minutes after the start, with a error in multicopy.exe. I've reinstall IC, I've format the HD twice, and the problem is always there.

I´ve, P4 2.8 Mhz, Mother P4P800, 1 Gb Ram, 80 Gb hard + 60 Gb hard, Audigy, ATI Radeon 9200.

Can anyone help me please???
