Install instant cd/dvd 7 & 8

Hi all
I recently downloaded a free upgrade fron v 6.5 to v 7 which installed on my win xp pc without any problem and ordered the new v8 upgrade from pinnacle. However after a total system failure and a couple of months saving for a new pc
i have re installed v o b 6.5 but cant find the free upgrade to v7, does anyone know where i can locate this upgrade as without it i can not install the v8 upgrade.

Failing that how do you completely remove the vob 6.5 software from my system have tried but there seems to be remenants that i just cant find.

Please Help

Hi spcesq1, Welcome to our forum! :)

i never heard of a free 6.5 => 7.0 upgrade;
IMHO there was only one for a upgrade fee at Pinnacle's online store, the same procedure like 7.0 => 8.0;
if you are sure about, then try to email to Pinnacle's support;
