img tool

i am have problems with the img tool.i am using one of the guides on this forum and i can not get it to work.i get an error saying that the source needs be below video_ts. something like that.any ideas

Yes, sounds like you are not spelling the folder in "capitals". It needs to be in "exacly" this format:-

VIDEO_TS

Yes, and needs to be below means you have to creat the VIDEO_TS folder and copy all the files in it!!
