An updated version of that essential DVD ripping program is out.

Changes from IFOEdit v0.91 to IFOEdit v0.92

fixed: chapters will be preserved on the second DVD.
The 2nd Disc late-start is fixed.
The VIDEO_TS.IFO/BUP will be created now too (when stripping streams).

Well that didn't take long. Version 0.93 is now out.

IfoEdit 0.93 can add, insert and delete Chapters, Programs and PGC-Commands and has a couple of useful right click options, especially the VMGM_MAT -> First play PGC that allows you to set where the disc will start playing.
