ICopyDVDs2? Opinions?

Heya everyone, I just bought a new Lite-On 8x dual format DVD burner, and it came with a small software bundle (2 programs). The one I am asking about right now is ICopyDVDs2. Anyone know anything about it? Good, bad or ?

I am reading the reviews and such online about the program, but I thought I would see if I could get any feedback from normal people who know something about or have even used this program.

Just install it last week and its does the job.
It worth a test run at least it has the most options dvd to dvd dvd to vcd dvd to divx one or two disc (dvd) back up even merging of multiple DVD..(M-DVD)
On the whole I'll have to use if a bit more as my many app is dvdshrink at the moment, call mi lazy but thats just mi.
One thing I found and dislike about this program is that its slow when loading within XP...
