Noticed some people still using IC7, Is it less buggy ?

Early versions of IC8 were not as good quality results for me.I stayed with IC7 because of that.Not sure how others find IC8 results ?

I find IC8 ok , but never tried IC7 !!

I installed both on my vid system to test against each other properly a few weeks ago and find that IC8 still has the edge for me despite the odd silly error it throws up now and again.

Anything that only needs upto 25% compression I use DVD Shrink on anyways as it is more than upto the task and saves ages over either IC7 or 8.

@Laz are using an upgraded version of IC8?The initial release was not as good as IC7 for me.Maybe that was the problem.

Its the latest for me (build 270) and its great when it works right !!
I also use shrink up to 20% IC after.

Its about time Pinnacle got their act together and sorted the main bug out !
Its been around a long time now.

Hi

I installed it.. worked fine but when I cam to make a data CD it loaded and then RESTARTED the whole system... So I installed both IC 7/8..

Realised I dont use it as much as I used to..
So people be warned..
