I/O error using DVD Shrink

Hi,

I have downloaded and installed DVD Shrink, when I go to do the backup I am receiving the following error.

DVD Shrink encountered and error and cannot continue
Copy protection error
The request could not be performed because of an I/O device error.

Any ideas what I need to do to fix this ???
