I Need help please with DVD burning

I have a Ricoh MP5125A and I am looking for a program that I will be able to use to burn DVD movies. Does anyone know of such a program? I run into copyright problems with nero and a few others.

I need a program that burns DVD movies and doesnt have copyright protection. Anyone have any ideas of what program I can use. I have nero but it wont burn because of the copyright.
