I don't download anything. Help

Three days and i dont download from forum.
During download, either Internet Explorer or DAP the
downloading corrupted.
From all other sites the downloading works right.
What is the problem?

I used the DAP for test only.
I use the Internet Explorer always.
Maybe i reinstall windows 98.
But there is not sure if the problem is from me.

I don't use popup killers or similar software.
I dont make changes on my system.
Why this becomes in forum only?

3days ago i dont make anyting.
I download the ghost2k3.exe file and in this file corrupted
the download.
Since then only one file 600 K about downloaded.
No others files.

After three weeks about i don't download anything
from this forum.
The download stop and the downloaded file is half.
It's occurs only for this forum.
Why?
Any idea?
