Hyperlinks in Nero

None of the hyperlinks in Nero work. Click on the link for download or for the nero site in StartSmart, nothing happens. If I click on the link for www.nero.com in SmartStart, Microsoft Word opens. If I uninstall Word, the link is dead. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Nero 6 twice, still nothing. HELP!!!

i doubt Nero is the culprit, rather your registry is messed up;
What happens when clicking on a hyperlink in a Word or Excel document?

Did you recently done any Registry cleaning?! I think that your RegClean app has made some wrong things! Can you restore your registry???

Yes I did clean the registry using tunexp(?). I just restored my system using Acronis and everything is fine. Thanks for the help.

You did not make Registry Backup before cleaning? No need to restore whole disk image, just regbackup.
