HP nx9010 and Nero

When trying to burn on a HP nx9010 for the first time, Nero cannot recognize it's CD/RW-drive. It asks for the Nero CD which I do not have (700 miles away as well as my workstation). I'm in desperate hurry to get more space due to continuous working. ANY ways to come across this?

Roxio Easy CD Creator, but since it doesn't have multisession-support, I got my hands on a Nero 5.5. (I uninstalled XP bundled Roxio while trying to get Nero work, but I also don't have the XP installer with me to install Roxio again.)

I'm sure I had Multisession support (in ECDC), way back?
Not sure it was easy though.... a vague memory of accessing the Extra options, and selecting "Close Session, Leave CD open" - this was for version 4, so it should have improved.

I think there was an option to automatically import previous sessions.

Thank you, LTR...

I was pretty ashamed to realize back home that indeed ECDC burns multisession CDs. Although it didn't help me on my holiday (I worked out fine), I'm grateful for this notice.

Well, I ditched ECDC for Nero ... Out of the frying pan, into the fire (oh no, no more burning puns please!).

At the moment, Nero 5.5 classic is the only thing that's stable for me - dammit! I used to be able to get WinOnCD, ECDC and Nero to all walk the tightrope together!

EZCD Cremator is not a burner- just a mastering/burning app (well... sort of).
You either reply to another guy, or you expect the Deus ex Machina to solve your problem.
