how to reduce to black bar borders? (using Instantcopy 8)

is there a way the reduce the black bar borders (make a full screen movie) using InstantCopy 8?

I am trying to convert it to SVCD, but in the preview it also showed black bar borders when I choose DVD to DVD copy

For DVD:
You must try dvd2dvdr version 1.8.0 B3 with CCE version 2.67.00.23
