How to place the s/n of Nero 5581?

Plz help,

Ive just uninstalled nero 5578 and installed the newest version of nero 5581. Although I have the s/n, I cant find the place to put it in the main menu of Nero (it looks different from older version of nero!). Could anyone tell me how to do it?

here is one way...

go into your registry.. and edit the following string...
both inn: CURRENT_USER and LOCAL_MACHINE :

a. find

[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\ahead\Nero - Burning Rom\Info]

"User"=""
"Company"=""
"Serial5"="1502-1000-1218-0710-0906-9443"
"HaveReadSNFromFile"=dword:00000001

if ya getting trouble with the serial.. the nero 5580 keygen works.

if ya are installing a OEM version (in the future) and the nero
won`t accept your drive... change the above "dword" from
1 to 0...
