How to make ONE BIG mpg file with dvd2svcd

Does anybody know how to make one big mpg file with dvd2svcd, instead of having it cut them for you? I have some movies, that I want to decide myself where to cut after it has been converted, like to cut it between scenes, not in the middle of one.

Thanks for your help. I can do it with tmpeg but the quality is so much better using dvd2svcd and ccencoder.

in the bitrate section you would still have to set the length of the movie over the number of cd you would like to receive the desired movie bitrate but then one it starts muxing it would join the audio and video file in the predefined split.
My guess wuold be for you to mux the audio and video file manually and then cut them manually with your software of choice, you might wanna consider nero visio express for direct split and burn (time saver) or i found " easympeg" to be cough cough easy!
