how to install win me having already installed win xp??

Hi guys...
I want to install win me on a system which has already win xp in a ntfs partition...this is the primary partition...
in my master drive i did a second Fat32 partition with partition magic in which i want to install win me...but the installation program can't continue as it can't write it's installation files in the ntfs primary partition....how can i install it??

Simplest way:use a 3th party bootmanager,I recommend System Commander.....


Other possible way:
Backup your XP partition with Ghost or Drive Image.........format your harddisk and create 2 partitions,
You will have to install ME 1st,ME will install @ your C:\ by default.......
Put the XP backup on the other partition,but your NTLoader will probably not work,so you can repair it this way:

Bootup with the XP CD, and enter the Recovery Console
At the Command Prompt type in
COPY X:\i386\NTLDR C:
(where 'X' is your CD-ROM drive letter)
Exit, and Reboot.

If this corrects the XP situation, you can then (if necessary)
Edit BOOT.INI to add the WinME line to boot to the WinME from the Boot Loader menu
Check if Bootsect.dos is present in root of C:
