Hi all,
Is there any way, when using TMPGEnc to encode avi's into mpeg for use on DVD-R's, To get a letterbox output???
I've got an AVI that is in letterbox, (640x272), format but whichever settings i use in TMPGEnc it outputs as 16:9 and the image is slightly squashed in from the sides. Also when i watch the output on my 16:9 TV there are no black bars top/bottom as there should be with a full letterbox format movie.
I've tried looking in the settings of TMPGEnc but can't seem to see anything that gets it to output in letterbox.
I've also tried using avi2dvd, as one of the tutorials used this to convert a full letterbox file into a DVD but i just keep getting system hangs/crashes when using this software so TMPGEnc seems my only option.
Anybody any ideas???
