No I dont, its pretty simple though.
Load in AVI, set Video to Direct Steam Copy. In Audio select Direct Stream Copy also. In Audio again, slect Interleaving and in the Audio Screw Correction box, enter a number in Milli Seconds either -'ve or +'ve to offset the audio to bring it back into sync. Then Save AVI. Check the sync and if still out repeat increasing or decreasing the value of the offset to get it right. Normally takes me a couple of tries to get it exact (but then I dont make AVI's with out of sync in the first place !)
