how to cut vob files

i have a simple question how does one cut vob files,
i have vob edit, ifoedit, but do not know how to do it, can somebody explain, i had a old software vobsplit, but does not run on xp.

Why do you need to cut .vob file

You can try using Chopper. It is a free vob cutting program that seems simple to use, although I have not used it yet myself.
