I saw a real "cardboard box" PC at another forum - an actual, working, usable PC, built in a cardboard box.

If you want a really bizarre PC case, try here http://www.mini-itx.com/ - the Mini-itx format lends itself to packing a PC into a starange case, and the higher version will actually make a usable multimedia station.

ive seen puters built into just about anything from brief cases to N.E.S nintendo entertainment systems :)
