How to create DVD Audio DVD's ?

Hi
I have a lot of Music AC3 tracks which i want to burn in my dvd writer into a DVD-Audio Disk (DVD Media) which will be recognized and played in my standalone dvd player as DVD-Audio with Dolby Digital Music.

Which program will burn DVD-Audio. I have Nero 5596 but it does not have a DVD-Audio option.

I think DVD audio uses a UDF filesystem unlike CD-Audio, so the audio tracks are stored as files in the DVD(like .VOBs), either in PCM format or with some compression, but I don't know how to do it.
