How to create a DVD?

Hi,
I want to record a movie to DVD+RW disc. Would somebody please help/ show me how to do it?
The files I got from the movie are video_TS_BUP, video_TS_IFO,VTS_01_0.BUP, VTS_01_0.IFO,VTS_01_0, VTS_01_1..etc
What should I do for those files?
What kind of software do need so I can burn these files to DVD+RW disc?

Put all those files in a VIDEO_TS folder (use CAPITALS and for file names), if the total size is 4.37gb or smaller, then just use Nero, select UDF/ISO mode and burn the folder with an emplty AUDIO_TS folder to your RW.

Thank you to give me the direction. Is Nero is the only program can do the job or there are some of the other? and after I burn them to DVD+-RW disc, can I use it on the DVD receiver with DVD+-RW? . Thanks again

Just about any of the latest version of most burning software will do it for you, but Nero 5.5.x or Record Now Max gives the most consistant results for me.

Just remember the ALL CAPITALS tip, this assures maximum compatibility.

I loaded the Recordnow Max but it only recognize my CD rom. It won't recognize my DVD Super from Iomega! any idea???
