How to burn cdi images?

I recently downloaded ms Picture It 2002 with a fileextension of cdi. Unfortunately I do not know ho to deal with this image format,and thus how to burn it. When trying to burn it with nero I get at dialog wich asks me the format of the image, and I does not know how to answer.
Can anyone give some information here?
