Having said that, I believe quiet PCs are over-rated. I've got about eight fans in my old baby-server case. I groove on their muted roar and bask in their constant breeze.

If you don't need massive power, the Mini-ITX format and Fanless EDEN processor are the quickest and cheapest way to QUIET.
