ReBuild Directions:

READ ALL DIRECTIONS BEFORE STARTING!!!

Put The Original Copy Of The Game Into Your CD/DVD Drive.
Use DVD Decrypter And Under Mode > ISO > Read
Then Select Where You Want To Place The File.
Now Click On The Button That Has A Picture Of A DVD To A HardDrive.
(This Should Take A Few Minutes)

When It Is Done Making A Copy, Open Up ISOBuster And Extract The File Into A Folder.
(This Could Take A While)
Now You Use CD/DVD Generator To Rebuild The Image.
Place All The Files Into The Correct Order.

Click On The Record Button. (Now Because Your Drive Isnt Compatable A Few Errors Should Appear, Click Ok To Both, And IGNORE THEM)

Now A New Window Will Appear And Select EXPORT Image, And Save It Directly To The C:/ Drive To Make It More Simple. (EX: C:\GameName.iml)
(This Will Take A Pretty Long Time)
It Now Should Create 3 Files (GameName.000 , GameName.001 And GameName.002)

Now Go To DOS Mode. (Start > Run, Then Type In Command And Press Enter)
When That Appears Type In CD C:\ And Press Enter.

Now Type In C:\copy /b GameName.000 + GameName.001 + GameName.002 XXGameName.iso
(Exactly As Shown)
It Will Show The Process In Steps:
GameName.000
GameName.001
GameName.002
(This Will Take A While)

The File Will Be Located On Your HD Where The GameName.000 And Other Files Are.

When That Is Done, Use DVD Decrypter. Go To Mode > ISO > Write.
Select HD To The DVD, And Burn.
(Should Take A Few Minutes)

It Should Be Done.

Notice How The GameName Will Be XXGameName, When You Go To Reburn, So You Won't Confuse It With The Original.

***ALSO, I Would Try Taking The Original ISO Burned From The CD, And Burn It Directly To DVD, Try It Out, And Let Me Know***

BTW: Please Reply, And Let Me Know What Happens.

thanx man

hey man...thanx for the tutorial......a couple of Qs.....1...what u mean by ' Place All The Files Into The Correct Order ' ? how do i get the info on how to set them up properly and what prog do i use to shift them around?...........2...is it OK to throw in a dummy? will it stuff things up?....if not how do i set it so the dummy is Low Priority and all the other files High Priority?.....

PS...i did try burn a CD iso to a DVD+R , 3 programs complained about it sayin it cannot be written on that kind of disc....Discjuggler 4 burnt it ' no error msgs ' but it didnt work....

PPS...i have a few PS2 CD images on my HDD aswell....could i launch a image in Daemon Tools then rip the files to HDD then follow your tutorial here onwards??? ---------->

Hmm

1) To Get The Correct Order Of You Game Files, Place The Original Game In Your Computer, And Open It With ISOBuster, The Order You See Is The Order You Place Them In.

2) By A Dummy, Do You Mean I File Just To Make The DVD Data Larger? Like Make It From a 700MB Game To A 2.1 GB? (Well A Dummy File Does Do That, It Will Just Be Burned There, It Doesnt Do Anything. But I Don't Know Where It Would Be Placed)

3) I Dunno, I Would Use DVD Decrypter From The Start, Im Not Too Familiar With The Other Programs, And Didn't Have Much Luck. For Me DVD Decrypter Is By Far The Best.

Hmm

U Can Use Iml2Iso, But I Prefer The Dos Way. I Tried Iml2Iso, But The Dos Way works much better, and plus u dont hafta use many different programs.

Most of the programs with the Windows GUI for the COPY command corrupt the image. You're much safer using a command prompt unless you have a GUI that excutes the same action exactly.

I have yet to personally see a game that works using the method described above due to LBA checks, etc I assume. Even if the CD check is removed, and data is copied over in the same LBA order, there may be a check for each item's precise LBA start and end in which case using the above method would result in nothing more than a coaster.
