When I have the hero at my mercy, I will remember that I have NO mercy. and promptly kill him by the most swift and effective method instead of relying on a feindishly cunning and SLOW method with a high escape risk. Or if I must glory in the heroes death throes, a dozen henchmen will have machine guns trained on him with orders to fire if he moves!

Somewhere, there must be one for horror movies too.
Eg. if several of the locals have vanished in the woods, I will NOT go wandering around alone in the dark, with a torch that has dodgy batteries.
