I've been using DVDShrink and Nero to backup my DVD collection. Even when having to do the compression at 75%, the video still looks awesome on my 36" Toshiba. I've noticed that you can do a DEEP ANALYSIS which will take longer but improves video quality. Will it be a significant improvement???? How and why does it improve the quality????

the significance of the improvement will depend on the source, but u should always do deep analysis if u're looking for better quality. it improves quality by analysing the video more thoroughly so that it knows how to transcode it better.
