How do you Remove Parental Management From a DVD

I have a DVD which plays fine on one player but when I put it in to a cyberhome player a screen appears and displays a request for a password to view it. - Note - No parental restriction is on in the setup so the request is coming from the DVD not the player

I looked in the DVD and the screen in there displays do you want to view this dvd on this player so it is a menu within the First play area.

I would like to be able to view the DVD on any player, so I was wondering if I could use DVD stripper and remove the menu requesting a password?
