Drag the *.mpv and *.mp2 (better to convert this to *.ac3) into the Movie1 square. Movie1 is made up of these 2 files, Video & Audio. The Menu just points to this movie to play.

I suggest you print out the Tute from the DVDLab site, and my notes as well. Then just go through them step by step. Do as it says and ignore everything else. You then cant go wrong.

I got both notes from you and Tutor but still not fig out how it's working. You guys so smart and I'm too slow. I still could not figure out how to use Besweet GUI or AC3. I think you need to open a Tutor web site to help out those guys like me. Any way thank you for your help. will try to do it later.  :(

Hi,
Let go back from the beginning....
Where do I get the mpv and mp2 files?....after use DVDlab or before DVDlab program? Thanks
PS. Thanks. You guys are very helpful. :)

Before DVDLab. As I say in my notes, extract your SVCD MPG file off your CD with Isobuster. You then load it into DVDLab and it asks to demux it, say yes. It then crerates the 2 files in question. It may also say the audio has the wrong sample rate (such as 44.1) and it MUST be converted to 48khz. Let it do that also. You can then just proceed by loading in more MPG files and let it convert them for you. Then mak your menu and do the final compile.

This adds in MP2 audio to the final DVD, thats not a standard for NTSC DVD's so it may/may not play back. Thats when you have a look for the extracted *.mp2 (or *.mpa) file ats been converted to 48khz by DVDLab and use ffMPEG to convert it to AC3, remove the mp2 from DVDLab and add the ac3 in its place.
