How do I make menus for a dvd?

I have a lot of short movies, like home movies but also Tom & Jerry (I love 'em) which I want to burn on dvd. Are there programs that help me making a menu. I imagine that I will burn about 50 movies on one dvd. I use Pinnacle Pro v8.10 but I don'like the menu's they're proposing.
I searched the internet but could not find a program.

From reading the forum daily and knowing most of the guys here on a one to one level some use DVD LAB to make menu front ends for collections such as this with graphical pictures and links for clips :)
