How do I burn SVCD's?

Hi,

I am a complete newbie to this, and to be honest I only today found out it was possible to burn video files i have on my pc to a normal blank disc using a cd-writer.

I have searched for tutorials on how to do this, but havent had no such look. The ones i have found... i havent been able to follow fully.

If someone could help me out i would be most greatful. I want to burn a .mpg small video clip to a blank disc, so it will play on my dvd player. (It can play SVCD's).

I have nero, as well as the Nero MPEG2 plug-in.

If someone could either give me a "simple (stupid persons) guide to how to do this, or guide me thought I would be most appreciative.

Hi Dannyk, Welcome to our forum!

creating/rendering a SVCD in Nero is not recommendable for quality reasons; anyhow, if you want to stick with Nero you should use Nero Vision Express for creating SVCDs;

Just open Nero -> New Compilation -> Video or Super Video CD -> New -> add the video file and then Burn..
