How do I burn a DVD region 2

How do I burn a DVD and make it region 2 ?
Stupid question but I got to know

if u use dvd decryptor to rip the dvd before burning then it will be region free/all

Ripping the DVD to your HD with DVDDecrypter or SmartRipper will end up making it Region 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, & 6. So it is still Region 2. Its not the old Region 0 used to make things multi-region (which some DVD Players cant handle).

Got a player that gives me an Error adjusting to disc thought that
Might be some thing to do with the region 0 that some players cant handle

With dvddcrypter you can leave it as Region 2 then mate by adjusting the options given in the settings section
