How can you tell....

A few flashing questions here,

How can you tell what firmware you have in the drive?
How can you tell if the flash was really successfull?

I ask cause I just flashed my drive and it said flash successfull but I'm interested to see if all went right, I can play back DVD's no worries but would like a little more information if I can.

I went to system propertise and then device manager, looked at the drive and it said it's location was 0 (0) is this right? My other drives all have something there like 1 (1) or Bus Number 0, Target ID 0, LUN 0.

How can I tell if the region hack worked I can't see the region in the device manager for the A05?

thanks for that mate, guess Im just worried that it won't work after I flash it. (which I have done)

When I restarted windows it found the drive again and everything seems to be working great, I dont have any blank media at the moment to try it but should do in the morning.
