how 2 get the aspect ratio right when using sefy avi 2 vcd guide

ive been using sefys guide to convert avi 2 vcd with lsx mpeg encoder but every time i convert a movie it ends of double anamorphic. does anyone know how 2 corect this problem.

use ChickenMan's guide instead =) lol

PS
I would recommend using the TMPGEnc tut, where you just load the proper VCD template (NTSC/PAL, etc). Simpler and better quality.
