Save yourself the trouble trying to find this - it's an APPALLINGLY bad encoder!!
If you want high quality results (and what's the POINT in encoding something if you don't do it properly?), then you should use one of the following encoders (in no particular order of preference):
Cinemacraft
Canopus Procoder
TMPGenc
All these encoders give superb results, and each has their pros and cons regarding what type of source footage they are best for, but you will get excellent output from any of them anyway. Just use the search function:
