Hollander 2.4

Hello all
I've bought Hollander electronic book 2.4 and heres the problem I'm having with it. I installed it on my computor at work and it works fine, I installed it on my computor at home and when it gets to the password it don't do anything and then when I X out it says I have to have a valid password. I'm using the same password that came with it. If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
