Welcome and ...
you don't need drivers for a CD-RW/DVD drive;
these drives are native supported (as read device) by Windows since Win95;
the only things you need is a burning software (e.g. Nero, NTI or RecordNow Max) and also a software DVD Player (e.g. PowerDVD or WinDVD); most drives came bundled with a burning software and DVD software;

Also install aspi driver's, install.. asip v4.60 (build 1021)are the more common and better version to use. Use aspichk to check if they are installed ok.
