Sorry if this is not the correct place I'm not sure where I should post this. I copied a dvd and sent it to relatives in canada its multi region but when they try to play it they get a message not compatable anyone have any idea what could be the problem please

this could be down to their player being picky with the media you used what media did you use !?

Your copy is probably PAL <> they use NTSC both work on our DVD but not on theirs <> redo it as NTSC

Or you can have them get a cheap DVD player like an Apex or Daewoo that will convert in the box from PAL to NTSC. That's what I do here in the US to watch European DVDs like Louis de Funes.
