hi i am new here,fra-kk file whats this then

i have just aquired a film******* unziped it and its in a file i'v never seen it a fra-kk file so can anyone here help me convert it to mpeg or somthing easy to undestand

i think thats just the name they gave the rar files just unrar with winrar then go from there
