Help with Project URL Snooper 1.06 needed.

I cannot get Project URL Snooper 1.06 to work properly. I am using it with XP, on a 56K dial up connection, I have installed the winpcap for XP driver, set it up as the help file suggests, but when I launch the sniff network function I get no URLs at all despite it telling me it is sniffing the network. It sniffs my folders no problem. Could this be related to security on the stream I'm trying to sniff? Any help would be appreciated.
