Help with Nero Slide show pls

I wonder if anybody can help... A simple question having saved the slide show and selected 'burn to disk' how can you use this saved file burn DVDs? If i select burn to DVD in the first instance it work fine but can find no 'open command' to reload the 'saved to disk' file. The file consists of three parts VIDEO_TS, HTML and index. If I try to just burn these files to a DVD it does not make playable DVD disk. Thanks
