Help with DVD-R Playback

I have a Panasonic DMR-T3030 external DVD recorder. 90% of the time I burn DVDs, my customers have no problem viewing the DVD. The other 10% of the time, I get complaints that the Disk skipps or freezes in the customer's DVD player.

From what I have read, it may be due to a cheap DVD player. I use TDK
DVD-R General Format 4.7GB discs. Does anyone have any suggestions? Any websites or information tha I can print for my customers to show them it is their problem and not mine? Thanks for your help. Bryan

Amongst those rules U will find we are a legal forum so I presume U are legally copying DVD for sale??

I reckon it is probably a media problem <> use Ritek

Where to Get Ritek?

Do you recommend any particular place, company or website to purchase the Ritek DVDs? What is the general price? Right now, I pay between $1.19 and $1.89 for TDK DVDs at Best Buy. Thaks for the great advice. Happy New Year. Bryan, Video Doc Productions
